These terms apply to event porta potty rentals arranged through MI Toilet Rentals in Gladwin, Michigan. The agreed service may include the portable toilets, delivery, placement, rental period, and pickup listed in your quote or order confirmation.
The written order controls the number of units, service dates, location, and any scheduled servicing. Extra units, cleaning visits, hand-wash equipment, holding tanks, pumping, or a change of site are not included unless listed or approved separately.
The customer must provide safe, accessible placement and a clear route for delivery and pickup. Customers remain responsible for event permits, site access, and any services not expressly included.

Setting Dates, Changing Orders, or Cancelling

A requested date or time is not confirmed until MI Toilet Rentals accepts it. Share changes as soon as possible so availability and routing can be checked.
A change to the event date, rental period, unit count, delivery location, or access plan may change the quote and requires approval before it becomes part of the order. Cancellation requests should be sent by phone or email.
Any cancellation charge or refund depends on the written quote or order confirmation; these terms do not set a fee or guarantee a refund where none was stated. If weather, unsafe access, or another condition affects service, MI Toilet Rentals will contact the customer to discuss available options. Do not assume a change or cancellation is accepted until it is confirmed.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment Timing

The written quote or order confirmation states the agreed charges and any payment timing that applies. Payment is due according to the terms shown in the accepted quote or invoice. If no timing is stated, contact MI Toilet Rentals before relying on a particular due date.
Added units, extended rental periods, extra servicing, difficult access, or other changes may affect the total. MI Toilet Rentals will explain the proposed change and obtain customer approval before treating it as part of the order, except where immediate action is needed to address a safety or legal concern.

What We Can Confirm About Service Guarantees

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be waived. If a separate written warranty or service commitment is provided with your order, that document applies to the extent of its stated terms.

Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses
Customers should identify hazards, underground utilities, restricted access, and existing damage before delivery. MI Toilet Rentals is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions or damage caused by inaccurate site information, unsafe access, or customer-directed placement, to the extent permitted by law.
Any limit on MI Toilet Rentals’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, where the law allows that limit. It does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
